Hunyuan3D is Tencent’s AI-powered 3D generation technology, created to turn simple ideas and reference images into detailed 3D assets. Unlike traditional 3D modeling, Hunyuan3D can automate much of the process, making it easier to create objects for games, animation, e-commerce, visual effects, and digital content.
The Hunyuan3D family supports text-to-3D and image-to-3D generation, allowing users to describe an object or provide an image as the starting point. Its newer versions also focus on high-quality geometry and realistic materials through physically based rendering (PBR), helping generated assets achieve more natural lighting, reflections, and surface details.
